Interested in renting studio space for classes or workshops
Rikki’s Studio is located in Solana Beach, just 2 blocks north of the Del Mar Fair grounds and across the street from Fidel’s Restaurant for fine Mexican food.
- The studio is located in a semi-industrial complex with lots of available parking at all times.
- The class room will accommodate 14 students, recommend 10-12 if a large demonstration area is required.
- There is a refrigerator and microwave and coffee service in entry area.
- Heating and air conditioning included
- There is no phone or computer in the studio
- Classroom in available for rent for watercolor, acrylic, mixed media, collage and oil for classes or workshops or studio time for groups or individuals.
- Rikki has classes all day Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Those times are not available for other classes.
Rental fee is as follows:
- 1 full day (9am to 9pm) is $100.00
- ½ day (9am to 12 pm or 9:30-12:30, 1:30-4:30 or 6pm to 9pm) is $50.00
- Weekly classes will be charged on a monthly basis (4 weeks at a time ) or 6 week minimum
- Workshops can be scheduled for 2-4 day workshop (Thurs-Sunday) at $100.00 per day.
Instructors (renters) will be responsible for promoting, registration and fee collection for their classes and workshops. (The studio sends out routine weekly newspaper releases for all activities held in the studio)
Gallery wall space will be available for instructors during their classes. Critique shelves are always available.
Renters will be responsible for opening and closing the studio/gallery, for all cleanup and trash removal and turning off lights and heating or air conditioning.
Days and times are available on a “first to sign up basis”. A check for the full amount of rental agreement will be due 2 weeks prior to first class. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged for cancellation on contract.
Contracts will be mailed upon selections of dates.
Studio will be available from February 18 –March 1 for a workshop. Rikki will be in Chicago.
